and they do amazing work all around the world. I am passionate about helping people
​and making a difference and I have found my experience with BVDA extremely fun and rewarding.

KATY HENDERSON

Vice-President
Degree: Physics
Why I got involved with BVDA: I love volunteering. Having travelled around South America, Central Europe, and South-East Asia, and engaged with multiple volunteering abroad projects, I think it’s a fantastic thing to do to help others, and I have taken part in various projects. I would love to facilitate this experience for others.

Why I got involved with BVDA: As you can guess from the picture, I am from Italy. I joined the BVDA committee because I am interested in helping students travel abroad to make positive changes and bring hope to disadvantaged communities..

Why I got involved with BVDA: I'm really passionate about travel. BDVA allows me to combine this passion with helping others and making a positive difference. I'm excited to help students with their own travelling experiences whilst also making a difference abroad.
